1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts, finely crushed
2 egg whites

Strawberry Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together, shape into balls. Roll in slightly beaten egg whites then in nuts. Put balls on greased cookie sheet, press whole in centre and will with strawberry jam.

Cook at 325º until golden brown.
