4-6 Boneless chicken breast (cut in cubes and cook in 3 Tbsp butter)
1- 14 oz. can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt

In a 5 quart Dutch Oven or heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir soup , water, butter and chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer. In a liquid measuring cup beat egg, then add enough milk to measure1 cup. Combine flour, baking powder, parsley, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in egg mixture just until flour is moistened. (dough will be soft and sticky). Drop dough into simmering liquid.Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes
