2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Chopped Dates
1 c fine coconut
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp almond extract
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs & sugar together. Add rest of ingredients & put in a buttered casserole dish. Bake 25-30 min at 350º Stir once or twice while baking.

Cool until you can roll small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Keep in a tightly closed container.
