1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
pinch salt
3 heaping Tbsp. corn starch
3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
red food coloring
Fresh strawberries (l cup, no juice)
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and jello. Pour into boiling water, let cook until thick, add food coloring as desired. Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Whip cream for topping. Store in refrigerator.
