1 pouch (1 lb. 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker© sugar cookie mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4-1/2 tsp. mint extract
6-8 drops green food coloring
1 pkg of Andes© mints, chopped
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large bowl stir cookie mix, butter, mint extract, food coloring and egg until a soft dough forms. Stir in chopped Andes© mints and chocolate chips.

Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 min or until set. Cool for about 3 minutes and then enjoy.
