* 2 c. raw almonds
* 2 c. regular rolled oats (not quick ones) Bob's Red Mill Brand
* 2 c. sprouted spelt OR whole wheat pastry flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour-Arrowhead Mill)
* 2 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/3 c. light agave nectar
* 1 c. canola oil (organic, expeller pressed)
* 100% fruit preserves (organic)

Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place almonds in a food processor and grind to a fine meal, remove and set aside.
Place oats in the processor and grind to a fine meal.
Add the almonds, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, agave nectar, and canola oil in the food processor with the oats and pulse to combine all ingredients.
Roll the dough into balls and place on the baking pans. Press an indentation with your thumb into each ball.
Fill the indent with a small amount of preserves. (1/2 tsp)
Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer to cooling racks and enjoy!
