5 fresh peaches
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 T flour
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and flour together. Put cut up peaches into pie crust and pour mixture over peaches. Lace the second crust over the top of the pie. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Use real butter. Frozen blackberries or fresh blueberries may be used. The frozen blackberries will make 2 pies. To the fresh blueberries, you may add 1/4 tsp of almond extract.
