2 sticks of butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chocolate chips (or anything else like M&M's or Nuts, or dried fruit).
Directions:

Mix everything together and drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 mins.
