Dumplings

1 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook a chicken as you would normally cook it.

1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Combine milk and oil
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
4. Mix just to moisten (Be careful not to overmix)

5. Remove chicken from roaster and cover.
6. Add 1 pkg of low salt chicken broth to roaster and heat

7. Drop dumpling mixture, in balls, into hot chicken stock.
8. Cover tightly, do not lift lid.
9. Cook 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Note: If you do not have low salt chicken stock, omit the salt in the dumplings
