Ingredients:
Ritz crackers
Peanut Butter
Almond Chocolate Bark

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the peanut butter on the tops of the Ritz crackers. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and then put on low. Next, put a glass bowl with the almond bark on top of saucepan to melt. Don't let the chocolate get too hot or it won't stick to the crackers. (Just let it melt and you're ready!) Now, dip each cracker into the chocolate and set them on wax paper to dry. That's it! Let them cool and you're ready to sample.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A friend of mine in Chelsea gave me this recipe back in the 80's. It's what I bring for Christmas every year. I like the creamy peanut butter, but I make half of them with crunchy peanut butter. (That's how Dana and June like it!) You can also make these with white chocolate or almond bark too.
