Wet ingredients
1/2 c. Cookie butter
2 T. Coconut or canola oil
2 T. Brown sugar
1/3 c. Maple syrup

Dry ingredients
2 c. Large flake oats
1 c. Chopped pecans
1/2 c. Mixed seeds, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy seed etc.
1/2 c. Coconut
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1 c. Dried cranberries or golden raisins or mixture of the two

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients, except fruit. In a saucepan, place all wet ingredients except cookie butter and melt together. Stir in cookie butter off the heat until mixture is smooth. Pour over dry mixture and stir until well coated. Pour onto cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Break into small pieces and mix in cranberries and raisins. Store in airtight container. I like to use a large mason jar.
