2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
6 eggs
7 cups flour
1 Tbs. baking powder (less 1/2 tsp. for high altitude)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Cream sugar and room temp. butter. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each. Add dry ingredients, stirring until smooth, then add extracts. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 11 min. @375
