1 Cup Softened Butter
2 Cups Sugar ( we use a little less)
2 Eggs beaten
5 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add flour, soda, and salt.
Chill the dough for at least an hour. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness, and cut in desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Cool and frost with Christmas colored icing.
