1 pt. marshmallow cream
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tall Carnation milk
4 c. pecans coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl put butter, marshmallow cream and chocolate chips. Set aside. Boil sugar and cream over medium heat for 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour this over contents of mixing bowl while mixing with a beater or mixer. Beat on low until smooth. Add nuts.
