3/4 c. Butter
1 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c. Flour
1-2 c. Chocolate Chips

For double chocolate add about 2 tbsp. of cocoa
180g Butter
280g brauner Zucker
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
1 Ei
1/2 TL Backpulver
1/2 TL Salz
260g Mehl
175-350g Schokostückchen

Für Doppel-Schoki-Geschmack etwa 2 EL Kakaopulver dazugeben.

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and egg in a large bowl.
Then add baking soda, salt, and flour and mix until dough-ily delicious( add cocoa if desired).
Dough should be semi-sticky but not sticking to edges of bowl.
Form small balls and place evenly apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 min.
Eat one ASAP to check for doneness ;-)

Ofen auf 175º C vorheizen.
Butter, Zucker, Vanillezucker und das Ei in einer großen Schüssel schaumig rühren.
Dann Backpulver, Salz und Mehl dazufügen und verrühren bis ein leckerer Teig entsteht.
Der Teig sollte etwas klebrig sein, aber nicht am Schüsselrand kleben bleiben.
In kleine Kugeln formen und gleichmäßig auf einem Backblech verteilen.
12-15 Min. backen.
Einen Cookie SOFORT essen um zu testen, ob er durch ist ;-)
