2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage

2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 cans (6 oz each) tomato sauce

Optional: 1/2 diced green pepper

Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until blended. (Mark uses his hands. Eeeww!!) Press meat mixture into pan, bake for 60 to 75 minutes at 350º. This is especially good when served with the sweet and sour sauce.

To make the sweet and sour sauce, combine mustard & jelly in small saucepan. Stir to blend, heat until combined.
