1 1/4 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Coconut- flaked
1 cup Walnuts - chopped
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup snipped Apricots
1 stick Butter
3/4 packed Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, coconut, walnuts, wheat germ, sesame seeds and cinnamon together and toss well. Add Apricots and toss.

In saucepan melt butter, stir in brown sugar and heat until dissolved. Drizzle over cereal mixture and toss till evenly moistened.

Spread in 9" x 13" pan and drizzle with honey.

Bake at 350 25 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times with fork while baking. Turn onto lightly greased aluminum foil & spread into a layer about 1" thick. Cool slightly.

When still warm but cool enough to handle shape into 1" balls. Let cool completely.

Makes about 5 dozen.
