1 can of 16 oz pumpkin
1 can 12 oz evaporated skim milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
12 packets of equal (1/2 cup of sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/8 tsp of cloves

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into a prepared pie crust
Bake at 425 for 15 min and then turn down to 350 and bake for another 40 min
