1 cup sugar
1 quart whipping cream
2 1/2 Tblsp flour
1 Tblsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix in a 2 - 4 quart kettle bring to a boil and simmer until it thickens a little. Pour over kuchen Sprinkle with cinnamon on top of kuchen

On top of kuchen pies you can use apples, prunes, or any kind of fruit you wish and then just pour over the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
