1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 celery ribs, chopped
2 onions, chopped fine
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp. dried
3/4 cup margarine
13 cups of cubed bread chunks
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 cups of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the mushrooms, celery, onions and parsley in margarine or butter until the vegetables are tender. Toss with the bread cubes, adding all the seasoning. Add the vegetables, eggs and broth; toss, and transfer to a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.

If you grease the slow cooker first, there will be less sticking. Stir once in a while to prevent drying out on the edges.
