4 eggs
4 sticks butter
2 C. white sugar
2 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 C. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 C. raw oatmeal
2 C. lightly crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. chopped pecan pieces

Directions:

In a very large bowl:
Mix well the butter & sugars, then add eggs mixing well again
Stir in the vanilla, sifted flour, soda, baking powder & salt. Mix well, batter will be stiff.
Stir in the oatmeal, cornflakes, chocolate chips & pecans.
Using an ice cream scoop drop onto Pam sprayed baking pans (or use parchment paper). Cook at 350º for about 12-15 mins. depending on your oven.

I like mine soft and moist, so I check them at 12 minutes. Don't let them get too brown.
