4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar
Mint chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees, line baking sheets wit parchment paper.
2. In a large clean glass or metal bowl, whip the egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until they can hold soft peak. Gradually sprinkle the sugar while continuing to whip to stiff peaks. Fold in the mint chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonful onto the prepared baking sheets.
3. Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven or until they peel off of the sheet with out resistance. Cool on wire rack then store in an airtight container at room temperature.
