In a large bowl combine 2 cups crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup crushed saltine crackers, 1/2 cup butter melted. Pat 3/4 of the mixture into a ungreased 13" x 9" pan. Refrigerate.

In a bowl, whisk 2 cups cold milk and 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 quart of butter pecan ice cream (softened). Spread over crust. Spoon 1 carton (8 oz.) of cool whip over pudding layer. Spread evenly over top.

Combine 1 cup graham crackers, 2 butterfinger candy bars (2.1 oz.) crushed. Sprinkle this over the cool whip layer.
