1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
30 unwrapped caramels
1 T. water
2 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:

In microwave safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar, and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 3 minutes. Stir in powder sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8x8" square pan. In another bowl, heat caramels and water on high for 2 minutes or until melted, in microwave. Stir in peanuts, spread over chocolate layer. Microwave chocolate chips on high until melted, then spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.
