3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. pumpkin or squash
3/4 c. raisins

Oven - 375º.
Grease cookie sheets. Cream together until fluffy: mayonnaise, sugar, and brown sugar.
Sift together: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Add flour mix to creamed mixture, alternating in fourths with pumpkin in thirds, stirring after each addition - just to combining.

Fold in raisins.

Drop by heaping Tbls. on sheet and bake 12-15 min. or until lightly browned.

Frost if desired.
