3 c. white sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. coffee cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brazil nuts (cut in halves)
1 c. whole pecans
1 c. walnuts (broken in pieces)
1 c. candied cherries (2 small jars)
1 c. candied pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following, cooking to a soft all stage:
white sugar, white corn syrup, cofffee cream.

Remove from heat. Beat until thick and color changes slightly.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla and continue beating. Add slowly:
brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts, candied cherries and candied pineapple.

Pour into greased pans.
