"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Goes great with steak.
In a flat bottomed wok, sauté coarsely chopped white onion (not spanish, or yellow, or vidalia, or any other type of onion – WHITE only, sliced like half an onion ring), and sliced white button mushrooms in oil and butter combo.
Cover with either foil, or lid and keep heat high enough to cook, but low enough so it doesn’t burn.
It takes a long time to reduce, but it will look like dark brown earth worms.
Tastes like sweet sweet candy.
Mmmmm. Meat Candy.
