1 lb canned Almond Paste
1-1/2 cups Sugar
3 large Egg Whites
1-1/2 cups Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 350ºF.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Crumble almond paste (in food processor/mixer) and beat until fine. Sprinkle sugar over paste and beat until well incorporated. Beat in egg whites, on at a time, until dough is smooth.

Roll 1 tablespoon of dough in pine nuts.

Bake 15 minutes.
