Mix together:
1 cup sugar
¾ cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Icing: Use recipe on box of 10X sugar for buttercream icing.

Directions:
Directions:
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees. After cookies have cooled, frost them with buttercream icing. Decorate as desired.
