2 boxes of Jiffy Cornbread mix, prepared according to their directions
1 Loaf of White Bread
1 small Onion
1 cup of water
1 can of Mushroom Soup
1 Egg
2 sticks of butter, melted
1 tbsp. Sage
1 1/2 cups chopped Celery
2 or 3 cans Swanson Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread according to directions and let it cool. Place bread slices on cookie sheets to dry in oven for 3-4 min at 300º. Crumble cornbread and dried bread into a large bowl.

In a blender combine onion with 1 cup of water.

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine onion mixture, mushroom soup, egg, butter, sage and celery with bread mixture. Add chicken broth, making sure to leave it soupy.

Place in 9x13 and cook for 30-45 min. It should still be a little bit soft when you take it out of the oven.

Serve with brown gravy!
