3 c. sliced peaches
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 rounded T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, sugar, flour and egg yolks together. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Then cover top with an inverted aluminum pie pan; bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
