1 C salted peanuts
1 C granulated sugar
1/2 C white corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, syrup and salt. Cook in microwave 4 minutes. Stir and add peanuts. Cook 4 minutes. Mixture will be hot and bubbly. Add butter and vanilla. Stir. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and add baking soda , stirring until light and foamy. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet. Cool 1/2 hour and break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container. This makes 1 pound of delicious and easy candy with no guesswork.
