½ cup soft goat cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 large egg
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
5 cups blueberries
1 cup sliced almonds
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
Single pie crust (I use store bought)

Directions:
Directions:
Place crust in pie plate.
Mix goat cheese, cream, egg, brown sugar, flour, salt & basil together. Toss in blueberries & coat well. Pour into crust.
Mix almonds, sugar & butter. Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 F for 25 – 30 minutes. Rotate pie half-way through.ºº
