3 Bananas, over-ripe
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 c. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas until soupy. Add sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda and oil. Mix well, and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.

Grandma Bye used this recipe all the time, she used it so much she knew the recipe by heart! Jennie's Additions: Add walnuts. Portion batter into 3 small baking pans instead of one large pan. Add large chunks of bananas.
