5-6 potatoes boiled in jackets and peeled when cool
8 eggs boiled (or more)
1 large onion, diced
1-2 celery stalks, diced
Mayonnaise
Yellow Mustard
vinegar
salt
pepper
garlic salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle a little vinegar on potatoes and toss. Add onions, celery and diced eggs (save a few and slice to garnish later) Add mayo and mustard to taste. (add only a little mustard and add till you get to taste you like) Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Garnish with paprika and sliced eggs on top.
