1/2 c light corn syrup
2 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar packed
1 c evaporated milk
1 1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar and milk. Cook to soft ball stage 236º- 240 Stir until sugar is dissolve. Cool at room temperature without stirring until 110º or lukewarm. Beat the mix til firm. Keep hands greased and shape into 2 1 1/2 in rolls. Roll in pecans. Pressing nuts firmly into candy. Wrap into clean cloth. Chill. Store in cool place. Mixture will curdle while cooking, but will become smooth when beaten.
