1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening, peanut butter, egg, and sugars. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls and dip in sugar. Place 3" apart. bake 375º for 5 minutes. Remove and place chocolate star in each. Bake 5-7 minutes longer at 350º
