2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
˝ large onion, finely chopped
1 level teaspoon garlic powder
1 level teaspoon oregano
1 level teaspoon basil
1 level teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 level teaspoon pepper
1 level teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix all together, roll into 2”-3” balls, simmer in sauce for 4 to 5 hours. To test if done, you can crush one into the sauce and make sure the inside is no longer pink. This will also give the sauce some extra meat.
