Chop 1 Large onion
1/2 Bell pepper
1/2 Head garlic
Add 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
pinch of basil, pinch red pepper (about 1/4 tsp)
1 Tbsp Morton Nature's seasoning blend
Hand full of Parsley, chopped
2 12oz cans of tomato paste
Olive oil
2 6oz cans of tomato sauce
Hand full of Parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry all seasoning in enough olive oil to cover bottom of pot until tender. Add two 12oz cans of tomato paste. Fry a good while stirring constantly, do not burn. Add two 6oz cans of tomato sauce. Stir until blended. Add approximately 7&1/2 cups of HOT water in 2 cup intervals, allowing water to mix thoroughly each time. After 4 cups, add approximately 1 hand full of parmesan cheese (grated). Simmer for 2&1/2 to 3 hours on very low heat. All cooking should be done over low heat.
