CRUST:
1-1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

FILLING:
1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream/Cool Whip (or as much as you want)
grated chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs, optional
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 in. pie plate. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cool.

2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in whipped cream/cool whip. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs, if desired.

4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

This pie is the most ridiculously delicious desserts ever. It is very rich so the pieces can be cut smaller than normal. Great for special occasions!
