1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
3 tbsp. Cold Water
11 oz. Chocolate (ground up)

Cook over medium heat, bring to a boil. Cook until mixture becomes a dark amber color. Stir occasionally. While toffee is cooking, place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. When toffee reaches 285º pour onto the cookie sheet. Sprinkle the ground chocolate over the top and let stand for a minute or two to melt. Spread the chocolate into a thin even layer. Refrigerate to chill until set. Break into a pieces and store in an airtight container.
