Chocolate Butter Mochi
Ingredients
2 Cup mochiko flour
1 3⁄4 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking soda
3 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1⁄2 Cup melted butter
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 Can coconut milk (12 oz.)
2 each large eggs, lightly beaten
2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together mochiko, sugar, baking soda and cocoa powder.
Melt butter with the chocolate chips.
Combine milk, eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Add chocolate to the milk mixture and stir.
Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan or 2 8x8 pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
