2 pounds good quality White Chocolate
1 1/2 cups crushed Candy Canes

Directions:

Line a cookie sheet with heavy duty foil.
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Be very careful not to burn.
Add crushed candy canes to chocolate, pour & spread onto cookie sheet and chill until set (about 1 hour).
Break into pieces by slamming pan on counter.
