3/4 c butter
1 egg
1 c sugar


Sift together:
2 2/3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together then add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Bake at 400º for 8 - 10 min.
Keep batter as cool as possible.
