1 cup of Parkay margarine (softened)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp. of salt
Sesame seeds
Apricot or Strawberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400º for 10 to 12 minutes.

(Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies)

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Add combined flour and salt, mix well. Shape rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into balls, roll in some sesame seeds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Indent center of each cookie with thumb, fill with preserves. Bake and cool.
