1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1 tsp. milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and egg.

Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin along with dissolved baking soda. Mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.

Drop large teaspoon sized drops on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
