Cream: ½ C. Crisco
1 C. Brown Sugar

Add: 1 Egg, beaten
3/4 C. Crushed pineapple, * in heavy syrup (drained)

Mix Well.

Add: 2 C. Flour
1/4 t. Soda
1 t. Baking powder
1/4 t. Salt
1 t. Vanilla
½ C. Chopped walnuts

Bake at 425o, 10-12 minutes

These cookies become very moist after two days stored in Tupperware.
