6 Eggs
6 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoon lemon
6 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup margarine ( 2 sticks)
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Salt

Frosting: Confectioners Sugar about 2 cups and 1/4 cup of milk

Preheat Oven to 350º

Mix flour, salt and baking powder put aside
Mix eggs , sugar , lemon and margarine in electric mixer.
Add dry ingredients above a little at a time alternating with small amounts of milk, mix until smooth.

Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and spray paper with pam so cookies don't burn. Put oven rack in middle of oven not on bottom so cookies don't burn!
Place tablespoon full of batter on Cookie sheet to form round balls.

Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes until slightly brown on bottom and knife comes out clean when inserted.

Cool completely then frost and sprinkle with favorite jimmies

This was my dear mother in law - Edith Leone's famous recipe. They are a softer biscotti made round.- This recipe can be divided in half - 3 eggs instead of 6 etc. and you can substitute Lemon with Anise!
