Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup ground sunflower seeds (raw)
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grind raw sunflower seeds in a food processor until it forms a fine meal.
2. In a separate bowl combine the ground sunflower seeds with the oats and sesame seeds.
3. In another bowl combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla.
4. Stir in dry ingredients until well combined.
5. Roll into 1 inch balls, store in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Natural peanut butter works best, the others tend to be too sweet. You could use a dough blade on the food processor to combine all the ingredients, still starting with the wet and then adding the dry. The balls will stick to each other so pack them loosely, refrigerate until firm before packing them, or roll them in powdered sugar or cocoa powder first. These are high in fiber so I have to monitor my kids intake of them very closely because they will devour them.
