1 box confectioner's sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, chopped
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1. tsp vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift confectioners sugar and cocoa into a glass ovenproof mixer bowl. Arrange butter over mixture. Pour evaporated milk over top. Do not stir. Bake at 400º for 8 minutes. Add vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Spread into an 8 x 8 dish. Chill for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes before cutting.
